Our Farm Store is located 35-40 minutes west of Eden Prairie, just off Highway 212. We are open 4 days a week. No appointment is necessary but it is encouraged, just to be sure the products you want are available.
We are open for product pickups on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4 PM to 7 PM; Saturdays 10 AM to 12 NOON and 4 PM to 6 PM.
We are also at the Bongards Farmers Market right on Highway 212, on Wednesdays from 3 PM to 6 PM, June through September.

You may come to the farm (or Bongards Market) and purchase retail cuts such as: Ground beef (1# packages), T Bone Steak, Rib Eye Steak, Sirloin Steak, Chuck Blade Roasts, Short Ribs, Soup Bones, Neck Bones, Liver, Tongue, and Heart. Tender, juicy, and healthy - grassfed lamb is another great choice for your family’s supper. We carry cuts such as: ground lamb in 1# packages, leg of lamb, chops, heart, liver, and tongue. Email or text Amy to find out availability for these cuts.

Impress the extended fam with a slow-roasted, pastured turkey this fall. Make sure after they have chowed down on all that white and dark meat, you save the bones to make broth. Reserve your turkey now by making a $10 deposit, and we will email you with instructions on how to pick it up fresh from the farm in October. The final cost is $4/lb, minus your deposit.
PASTURED WHOLE CHICKENS
Did you get busy with the piles of laundry and forget to defrost some meat for supper again? There’s no better way to get a quick and nourishing meal on the table than a whole chicken. You can drop a completely frozen whole chicken in the Instant Pot and have a flavorful, juicy chicken on the dinner table in just over an hour. We will have chickens available at the farm and Bongards Market, starting June 12th. The cost is $5/pound.
These eggs will fuel your day, boiled eggs make a quick snack to just pull out of the fridge, and on those harried evenings when supper just doesn’t come together - a cast iron pan full of scrambled eggs and butter will save the day. The yolks also make an amazing, nourishing ice cream when paired with our raw milk, cream, and maple syrup.
